Sync &amp; login fix"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recently I ran into an issue where Microsoft OneDrive was not working correctly on some Samsung devices.<br><br>Symptoms were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>OneDrive not syncing files <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Login\/authentication loop <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>App freezing after sign-in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After troubleshooting, I found that the issue was related to the Samsung Account app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>com.osp.app.signin<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What fixed it<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I removed the package above from the device and restarted it. After reboot, OneDrive immediately started working normally again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Additional notes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>OneDrive version 7.45<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removing Samsung Account components may affect Samsung specific services and features.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recently I ran into an issue where Microsoft OneDrive was not working correctly on some Samsung devices.
